The Honda S2000 was a runaway success when Honda began producing the model back in 1999, but with only two generations of production in the form of the AP1 and AP2, the platform was short lived, and therefore holding a special place in the JDM enthusiast community. The platform is simple - lightweight, convertible with low center of gravity, a true 6-Speed Manual Transmission, a superb chassis and suspension capable of conquering corners, and a high-revving 2.2L Naturally Aspirated VTEC Inline-4 Engine. This particular example is of course an AP2 model, left rather stock with the only modifications performed by prior ownership in the form of an Aftermarket Catback Exhaust and an RE-Works Lightweight Aluminum Front Strut Bar - both welcome upgrades to the model, still retaining an extremely true to form driving experience. Don't let the 98k miles on the odometer fool you, as this example is in superb condition both exterior and interior, with the convertible top showing very little signs of wear and tear, and the drive quality as if it just rolled off the factory line! The Wing Spoiler was optioned from the factory and presents beautifully in one of our favorite colors of Rio Yellow Pearl exterior over the Black Leather interior!
